Have you ever watched a wedding scene in a movie like 'Twilight' or 'Cinderella' or came across photos on Google or on Pinterest of a Harry Potter inspired wedding or an Alice and Wonderland themed garden wedding but did not know if any planning companies specialized in planning a themed wedding?
Have you ever dream't of eloping at a 'Hobbit' Inspired Treehouse? Did you even know that something like this was an option?
Where you as a couple along with a handful of your closest friends and family would attend hopefully in costume.
Where the focus would be on the intimacy of your love and the magic of the location.
With every photo taken highlighting the details of the day.
With the overall goal of making your wedding day unique and magical filled with memories you would not forget.
Well you can and we can assist!
The Vibe Tribe is a group of wedding vendors, costume designers, hair and makeup artist, theatrical backdrop artist and cosplay wedding photographers and even a cosplay wedding officiant who has years of experience planning fantasy weddings and engagement events.
Vibe Wed is the first wedding company of it's kind in Western North Carolina were we take our couples vision, no matter how weird and out-of-the-box, coupled with our expertise to cultivate a plan that will yield itself into a magical wedding experience - this experience is our goal!
We refer to this space as 'marrying the sacred with the weird' weird meaning 'not the norm.'
Our first venue is 'Treehouses of Serenity' the perfect location to host a small intimate wedding with fantasy in mind. This photo shoot was inspired by Hobbit Knoll one of the treehouses located on site and of course The Vibe Tribes love of The Hobbit movies.
This treehouse is a perfect location highlighting that it is earth house with some architectural hobbit features such as round doors. Coupled with jaw-dropping views of the mountains we were happy that the owners wanted to partner with us to highlight this magical location.
Some of the other treehouses include a Harry Potter Inspired treehouse, a White Farm House inspired cottage perfect for a sweet Cottage Core elopement with a Luxury Picnic as a highlight -and even a treehouse perfect for a Fairy Core inspired elopement -this location will become not only a sought out place to stay in Asheville but also one to say ' I do.'
Everyone is planning smaller weddings these days. Many couples are choosing to elope and our packages along with approach make us a great company to choose to assist you in planning your dream wedding.
There are other elopement and wedding companies out there bur they are all doing the same thing or something similiar.
Vibe Wed wants to offer couples something that reflects the hip, artsy, vibey and 'keep it weird' approach that Asheville is known for but on an elevated approach to planning a cosplay weddings.
Look for more inspirational photo shoots in the near future and we will even be doing a give away in 2022.
