A Coffeehouse Fantasy Elopement

There is something so unique but familiar when you think about hosting your elopement at a quaint coffeehouse!

Especially for those of us who love cofffee, pastries and cool urban warehouse spaces.

So Why Do It?

The answer is easy!!!!

Because you can!

Panacea Coffeehouse is one of the first coffeehouses that is not only super affordable but aesthetically a great location to plan a unique wedding experience.

Destination weddings can be expensive and couples can pay thousands of dollars for a warehouse venue but here we are talking only a few hundred dollars.

Also, if you are one of those couples who are nerdy, artistic and just love all things Cosplay why not bring that into your wedding plans.

’Vibe Wed’ is the first company that now gives you permission to do just that and we make it easy.

Whether planning a small elopement or a microwedding this coffeehouse offers a vibey backdrop, sits on a river, has ample parking and already provides tables and chairs.

So How Does This Work?

First fill out our contact form on the website. Someone will be in touch with you within 48 hours and send you an initial questionnaire.

Once we confirm your wedding date you will put down a deposit to hold your date.

You will be asked to fill out and sign the contract and send us over a mood board of the theme you are looking to plan.

We have all kinds of themes to choose from but at this location we would suggest something along the lines of a 1920s Art Deco or something a little more whimsical like Game of Thrones or a Medieval themed wedding.

This style shoot was planned to showcase how even a true elopement can be unique and moody with a fantasy vibe to it.

Depicting this couples sense of style and something outside the realm of the typical white wedding dress and black suite.

The storyline depicts a sweet and intimate ceremony by the river - followed by some vibey couples photos then cake cutting & champagne toast inside-better yet a coffee toast.

If you were hosting a small wedding of 25 not only would you have a beautiful river front for all your photos but you could host an incredible themed reception indoors.

Featuring a themed food menu or grazing at a charcuterie table while enjoying some local brew from one of the areas top breweries.

Additional Highlights

Additionally you could have a DJ or even a live band at this location.

You could also visit Frog Level Brewery which is located right next door!

One of the unique things about ‘Vibe Wed’ is the opportunity to have one of our designers design your wedding attire.

This dress was designed by Amanda Tweed who owns Mountain Flower Fantasies!

As a bride once myself I would have loved working with Amanda she is professional and extremely talented!

Some of the other vendors involved in this style shoot showing couples how to plan something simple, unique and beautiful will be listed below.

Known as ‘The Vibe Tribe’ These vendors have been selected for this company because of their artistic expertise and years of knowledge in the wedding industry.

Some Cool Facts

One of the unique aspects of this company is allowing your vendors artistic freedom and expression when it comes to the final design of your wedding.

Most companies simply look at your photos and duplicate what they see.

Your team of vendors are experts in themed, fantasy weddings so you have to trust them to bring a vision to life.

Why is this special and unique?

Because it takes a lot of stress off of you as a couple and creates an air of surprise when you walk into the experience and that is what fantasy is all about.

We hope you enjoy the photos from

this style shoot!
